My Design Philosophy
I apply a human centered approach to problem solving. Its a process that starts with the people I’m designing for and ends with new solutions that are tailor-made to suit their needs.
As designers, we sometimes assume we know what the user wants before conducting any proper research. When solving a problem, I think about what the real user needs are and validate the design solution with them.
It is about the content, the research ; how we approach people during our interviews, how we construct our questions to get insightful information that would help build something impactful, the whole process is design.
