Wanda Delivery is a grocery delivery startup in Toronto, Canada. They offer a convenient way for customers to restock their pantry from the comfort of their home at zero delivery cost.

To better understand the pain points our existing users have with our current product/service, we got feedback from our users on trustpilot and spoke with some of our customers for a few minutes when deliveries were made.

Wanda delivery is a fast, fresh and fee-free online store and grocery delivery service, offering a convenient way for its customers to restock their pantry from the comfort of their home.


Working with local grocers and producers, Wanda makes sure their food is fresh and their customer’s dollar stay local. From baked goods to your favorite cold-pressed juices. Wanda’s virtual market stocks all the must have items, so customers can shop once without thinking twice.

During our brainstorming sesions, we came up with with some ideas/solutions for the landing and onboarding process. Making improvements to our product/services helps the business and customer base grow.

- To design a landing page to cater to the needs of a wider target audience; from busy working professionals to the senior citizens

- Emphasize we get our produce from local growers and produces and they get them at no delivery cost.

- Introduce a variety of items tailored to the dietary values of our customers.

- During the onboarding process, we ask for dietary values and restrictions to help personalize their shopping experience

Key Takeaways.

The importance of research cannot be overemphasized. I learned again that understanding my users( the behaviors, personality, pain points etc) are crucial in making more user centered solutions and design more intuitive user-interface. There were many new findings and insights that i did not know about before, it was definitely an eye-opening experience for me.
